3 Sons takes such great care of its clients, which is why my husband and I keep coming back to them for all of our house projects. 3 Sons just finished our kitchen reno and…WOW. We are beyond thrilled with the result! (Before and after pics attached!) The pricing is fair and competitive, no surprises on the backend. The team is polite and kind, thorough with attention to detail. They are clean too! Always leaving the space immaculate at end of day. Basically, they treat your reno as if it were their own home. I Love My New Kitchen and Living Space! Apr 3, 2024

3 Sons was great to work with! I hired them based on their timely and clear communication and fair price, but will be hiring them again based on their quality of work and amazing staff! Ty was on top of all aspects of the project and Brad's patience showed not only in the attention to detail and quality of work but his demeanor. We love our new kitchen! Oct 10, 2022

We reached out to 3 Sons Construction and 2 other companies for a quote on remodeling our kitchen and updating our living room, entryway and hallway. Ty responded right away and provided a quote in a week as promised. We decided to go with 3 Sons and are extremely pleased with our decision! Ty's quick response, design, communication skills and quote set 3 Sons apart from the others. We had been talking about remodeling for several years and had lots of ideas but we didn't know where to start. Ty took our ideas, put together a great design and made it happen. It went from a huge project in our minds to easier decisions of flooring, cabinet colors, countertop, backsplash, etc. It suddenly seemed possible and demo began in a short 8 weeks right on schedule. We had lots of family and friends asking about supply chain delays, but we didn't experience any. The team at 3 Sons did a fabulous job! They were friendly, professional and responsive. When questions or issues came up, Ty made sure there was thorough follow-up to ensure everything was right. We love our new kitchen and updated living room and highly recommend 3 Sons Construction to work for you!

We are in love with our new kitchen Jan 30, 2022

Ty and his amazing crew at 3 Sons Construction just recently finished up a kitchen remodel project for our family. Before we started the project, I consulted with 4 different contractors about our project. Ty was the 3rd person I met with, and after meeting with him, I said to my wife, “I don’t know how the 4th person will be, but I have a strong feeling he’s going to be the guy who does our kitchen remodel.” Ty just listened so much better than the other contractors I spoke with. He truly wanted to make our vision become a reality, and he and his team nailed it. Our project included removing a wall separating our living room and kitchen, redoing our entire kitchen layout, new cabinetry, an island with a custom built-in bench, appliances, and more custom built-ins as part of converting our pantry to a mudroom. It took 8 weeks for the bulk of the work with some finishing touches trailing behind just a bit. Ty communicated so well with us along the way – he explained things, addressed concerns, answered our questions, etc. Ty and his crew were extremely friendly, easy to be around and get along with, and all the subcontractors he brought in were very friendly and professional as well. We are in love with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d highly recommend Ty and his crew for any remodeling work.

Ty and 3 Sons Are Outstanding Feb 22, 2026

Ty and the people who work for him at 3 Sons are outstanding! We planned out a full remodel of my first floor, and I couldn't be happier with it. There were some things that came up as we went along that required some on-the-fly changes, but he worked with us to make sure we were happy with any changes that needed to be made, and honestly, it probably came out better than as initially planned. To be totally transparent, I had one complaint, which was that the quote we agreed to only accounted for getting builder-grade quartz countertops, and I didn't know we'd have such a limited selection. We ended up opting to go with higher-grade quartz, and that caused a fairly significant increase in the overall budget for the remodel, so some additional communication about what level of things the quote included would have been nice. But I certainly don't think Ty was trying to mislead or lowball in any way! I just didn't fully understand what the quote entailed, so we had to go over-budget to be happy. Still and again, the quality of the work was top-notch, they were always willing to come back out if something got missed and needed to be touched up, and they were not satisfied until we were satisfied. We're already saving up for a remodel of our master bath in 12-18 months, and we'll definitely be calling 3 Sons when we're ready!
